We have recently released a new map layer that displays inclusionary housing areas in New York City. Inclusionary housing areas are designated by the City of New York and promote economic integration by giving out incentives to residential developers in the form of a floor area bonus. In return, developers are required to set aside a number of dwellings to be sold or rented at affordable rates.
