Top Most Expensive NYC Office Sales in January 2016
BY Andra Rus | Feb 24, 2016
The office market started 2016 at full speed as several deals closed for prime spaces in Manhattan neighborhoods such as SoHo and Midtown. Though the priciest deals recorded were for Manhattan buildings, Queens also takes several spots in the list of most expensive sales, reasserting its position as a hot market for office spaces and the borough to keep an eye on in 2016.

The deal that stole all the attention was closed at 490 Broadway, also known as the Haughwout Building, an NYC landmark.
It was bought by the real estate investment firm Ponte Gadea New York LLC.
