The Most Expensive Homes for Sale in Oklahoma

Following national trends, Oklahoma’s real estate market is seeing diminishing supply and growing prices. In fact, the state is experiencing the highest levels of sales activity and price increases in five years, according to Oklahoma Association of Realtors data. With sales activity steadily on the rise, and diminishing numbers of new listings, the numbers of days spent on the market have also been on a continuing downwards slide.

For buyers looking to invest in luxury properties, Oklahoma’s exclusive homes offer plenty of luxury amenities at significantly lower price points than states such as Michigan and North Carolina. Ranging between $3,450,000 and $5,000,000, Oklahoma’s most expensive homes for sale right now feature equestrian facilities, abundant privacy, stunning views and infinity pools. Home theaters, wet bars, and gourmet kitchens are must-haves, with wine cellars, fireplaces and walk-in closets also popular.

Among more unique features are saunas, gun ranges, private ponds and lake frontages, with the occasional dock also making an appearance. As for the #1 most expensive home for sale in Oklahoma right now, the 5-bed architectural masterpiece is the work of Cecil Stanfield. Emulating a fishing reel, the round home is centered on a show-stopping indoor pool atrium with exposed beams and abundant natural light. Be sure to scroll down to check out the complete list.
