ServiceTitan Expands to 125K SF at Nestle’s Former HQ in Glendale
BY Alexandra Farcas | Apr 1, 2019
ServiceTitan Inc. has recently signed a lease for 125,000 square feet of Los Angeles office space at 800 N. Brand Blvd. in Glendale. The tech startup will take over five floors of the building that were formerly occupied by the Nestlé USA headquarters, which was moved to Virginia last year.
The 21-story, 520,000-square-foot building at 800 N. Brand Blvd. boasts a LEED Gold Certification. It is currently owned by Beacon Capital Partners, who purchased the property for $160 million last November. The new owners plan to add a tenant lounge and café to the building and renovate its fitness center and lobby.
ServiceTitan, which sells software used by home improvement technicians, is expected to move in this November. The company will relocate its headquarters to 800 N. Brand in order to make room for its 1,000 employees and ensure they will be able to accommodate new hires. Company co-founders Vahe Kuzoyan and Ara Mahdessian expect the number to go up to 2,000 by the end of this year.
ServiceTitan will also put its name on the building. “It’s a pretty iconic building in Glendale,” Kuzoyan said, “and it’s cool to be able to see our logo from the freeway.”
JLL’s Jim Lindvall represented Beacon Capital Partners in the deal. Suzanne Lee of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of ServiceTitan. Other tenants in the building include Union Bank, Disquo and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
