    The building was bought by Kagan Gursel, the owner of Marmara-Manhattan Hotel for $33,866,667.

440 W 41 St, New York, NY 10018

    The third place deal was an apartment building located at 440 West 41 Street in Chelsea.

    The building was previously in Sam Chang’s portfolio and it was sold at a price of $17,500,000.
