SL Green purchased it for $330 million on August 31 from Shorenstein Company LLC.

1758 Broadway, New York, NY 10019 com2_aug In second place is the 10 story Argonaut Building.

Hearst Communications sold the office building for $85 million on August 26.

950 3 Ave, New York, NY 10022com3_aug

The third deal involves the 32-story tower at East 57th Street in East Midtown.The building was bought by Naomi and Andre Altholz on August 10 for $74.4 million.

According to the New York Post Cushman & Wakefield are in charge of leasing and managing the building.

109 W 39 St, New York, NY 10018com4_aug

In fourth place is the 20 story office building located at 109 West 39 Street.

Savanna Real Estate Fund bought the building on August 11 for $64.4 million.

135 W 50 St, New York, NY 10019 com5_aug

The fifth transaction involves the office tower located at 135 West 50 Street.

According to The Real Deal, the Wolfson Group bought a 43 percent interest in the building from the Peter Jay Sharp Foundation for $56 million.
