Another resident of zip code 90210 is Annette Bening. Annette and her husband Warren Beatty appeared to have bought the 10,594 sqft mansion in 2001. It seems they currently own 3 more properties in Sherman Oaks zip code 91423.
Not far from Annette Bening’s house is a 3,977 sqft property belonging to Nicole Kidman. As reported by the RealEstalker, Nicole and her husband bought the property in 2008, paying $4.7m for it.
Hollywood zip code 90046 is home to another two Oscar celebrities, Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner. Amy Adams and Darren Le Gallo appear to have bought their home in July 2010, right after their baby was born, for $3,165,000. The couple seems to own another 2,089 sqft crib in zip code 90210 for which they paid $1,825,000 in 2008.
Oscar winner Natalie Portman appears to be the owner of a 4,866 sqft house in Los Feliz, zip code 90027. The house was bought for $3.25m in 2009 and is located just a few blocks from David Fincher‘s home.
