We are happy to announce that our Technical Department has been working on increasing website speed so you can now perform your research in record time.
While we know you all love the comprehensiveness of the real estate data provided by PropertyShark, we also understand you need to be able to access it quickly. As of last week, the overall speed for the entire website has increased by 23%. And, there’s more! Loading time is down by up to 50% for products such as Property Reports, Comps, and Foreclosures.
That means you will now be able to access comprehensive property data, run comps searches with our robust and complex filtering options, and find investment opportunities and leads with distressed property listings, while seeing massively improved loading times across the products.
New: Branded Market Reports available by borough and NYC submarkets
After seeing such a terrific response for the neighborhood Market Reports we launched back in February, we quickly spotted a way to make them even more useful. Our neighborhood market reports provide unique insights into individual local markets, but we know that a successful broker or agent needs to have a broad perspective on the state of the market as well; that’s why we’ve just launched:
- Residential Market Reports for each NYC borough: designed to provide an overview of each borough’s residential market, plus individual neighborhood profiles. These reports will definitely serve as your new guide to NYC’s real estate market!
- Residential Market Reports for all established NYC submarkets: released to help you navigate NYC’s real estate market and account for the particularities of each area. For example, you can now download market reports for Downtown Manhattan or Northern Brooklyn.
