Recently released first quarter market reports indicated a rebound of the Hampton’s real estate market from last year. We took a look at the most expensive homes in the Hamptons to close since the beginning of the year.
1. 364 Further Lane, East Hampton
The house was sold for $17,570,000 in January 2010. According to Curbed, the price represented only half of the house value, as the sale happened between Rolling Stone magazine founder Jann Wenner and his ex-wife Jane Wenner.

2. 500 Ox Pasture Road, Southampton
Two sales of $16.5 and $16 million each were recorded on January 22nd 2010. NY Post reports the estate was divided into three and sold to Tory Burch and Jeffrey Loria for a combined $38.5 million, down $20.5 million from its initial asking price (via Curbed).
3. 16 Association Road, East Hampton
The single-family home was sold by Elliot M Ogden, of Ogden Properties Group, for $13,750,000 in March 2010.
The waterfront property was sold for $13.7 million and, according to The Real Deal, represents a new record for the town of Sag Harbor.
5. 16 Windmill Lane, East Hampton
The property hit the market in April 2007 for an asking price of $16.9 million, according to the Hampton Real Estate Blog. The sale closed almost three years later for $12.5 million.
