A study by PropertyShark has revealed the top 10 closed commercial property sales that happened in Brooklyn in 2010. Here are the top three.

The priciest commercial transaction in 2010 involved the Viridian building, located at 110 Green St, that sold in December for $58.2 million.

In second place was the building located in Downtown Brooklyn at 496 Fulton Street. The building sold for $46.4 million in April.
